  • Approximate & precise GPS location (for nearby merchants & delivery)
  • Device identifiers, FCM token, IP address, OS version

Order & App Data

  • Order history, transaction records (payments processed via Billplz/FPX — we do not store raw card numbers)
  • In-app activity, crash logs (Firebase), chat messages if enabled

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and deliver orders, assign riders and display nearby merchants.
  • To manage accounts, authenticate users and provide customer support.
  • To process payments, refunds and generate receipts.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and maintain platform security.
  • To improve our services (analytics, performance monitoring, crash reporting).

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information as necessary to operate the service:

  • Payment processors (e.g. Billplz/FPX) to complete payments.
  • Mapping providers (e.g. Google Maps) to provide location & routing.
  • Firebase (notifications, crash reporting) and hosting providers.
  • Merchants and riders to fulfil your orders (name, contact & delivery address).
